Payment Plans That Work for You
Choose the payment approach that best fits your family's budget.
Tuition Assistance Options
We believe exceptional musical education should be accessible to all young voices. If you need financial support, we offer three options.
Sibling Discount
Automatically available for younger siblings enrolled in our program. Applied at checkout—no application needed.
Self-Selected Assistance
For families experiencing financial constraints that would make full tuition a hardship. No documentation required—we trust you.
Application-Based Assistance
For families needing support beyond 20%, our application process allows for customized assistance based on your circumstances.
Important: Families may choose either the sibling discount OR tuition assistance, rather than combining both. All assistance requests are handled confidentially.
Frequently Asked Questions
If paying in full, payment is due at enrollment. If using a payment plan, all balances must be paid by March 31. Participation may be paused if an account becomes more than 30 days past due, though we will work with families to find suitable arrangements when notified of challenges in advance.
Please contact us before a payment becomes due. We're committed to working with families experiencing unexpected financial hardship to find solutions that allow continued participation. Communication is key—reach out to our Executive Director to discuss options.
Beyond tuition, enrollment fee, and optional retreat fees, the main additional cost is concert tickets for family members who wish to attend performances. Occasional tour opportunities are offered (not every year) with separate costs outlined when available. Music and materials are included in your enrollment fee.
Tuition assistance forms are emailed to families after a singer is admitted to our program.
Absolutely! Many of our singers balance PYC with sports, theater, and other activities. We rehearse once per week on Sundays, making it easier to coordinate with other commitments. Regular attendance is expected, and we ask for advance notice if conflicts arise with scheduled performances.
